As an Integrator, Andrew is responsible for various HR duties, organizing financial data, evaluating and benchmarking performances, and assisting Dr. Golemba’s vision for the Company. Previously, he owned his own business for 15 years. He says “I get to help the practice run smoothly, which in turn allows others to help people with their vision, which is our main goal!”

When Andrew isn’t working he can be found playing guitar, reading, watching hockey/baseball, going for walks with his wife, and dog. He says that if he could invent a holiday, it would definitely involve bourbon.
