Director of First Impressions

The Director of First Impressions is one of the most important positions in any organization. They are responsible for the patient’s first impression. They help set the mood within the clinic and are vital to maintaining efficient patient flow and preparing patient records. Our receptionist will be a team player and will be expected to greet patients personally, professionally and handle all telephone calls and mail requirements.

Attitude & Work Ethic

The ideal candidate will not consider a phone call an interruption to their busy day…but rather a source of potential business. Your voice tells our patients that they are the most important thing at that moment. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. And it’s always with a smile. You come to work ready with a 10 out of 10 attitude, uplifting others around you. You enjoy being part of a close team and take responsibility for the mutual success of all through their individual performance. Above all they are kind and patient-centric, leaving each patient with a feeling of well-being.

VVO utilizes technology in all aspects of the clinic including Electronic Medical Records, patient documents, and patient communication. An openness to learn new technology is essential to the role.

Employees of Valley Vision Optometry appreciate a strong work-life balance and consistent schedule. They enjoy representing VVO at community events and are proud to be part of the practice.
